Our Story
I’m Stéphanie, the French pastry chef behind Violette Bakehouse. With more than 15 years of experience in France and the United States, I’ve built my craft around a love of flavor, texture, and the details that make a pastry memorable.
Violette is growing into a more personal expression of that passion: a cozy, welcoming bakehouse where I have the freedom to experiment, follow the seasons, and share what I’m excited to create. Croissants, macarons, and other favorites still have their place, while the pastry selection evolves with new ideas.
