Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your pickup date and begin the design process for your custom order. Modifications or cancellations can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date. The remaining balance is also due 2 weeks before pickup to confirm the order. Requests for changes made after this deadline may not be accommodated.
